ACCOUNT APPLICATION
Individuals and firms seeking to do business in Polk County, Florida are generally required to obtain a County Local Business Tax Receipt prior to engaging in their activities. An application is required to be completed prior to the issuance of the tax receipt. Applications are completed and returned to the Tax Collector's Office by mail or at one of the Tax Collector's Service Centers.
