TAG TALK SERVICE NO LONGER OFFERED
The Tag/Tax Talk system has been significant in supplying vehicle information to its users on a 24 hour basis and at no additional cost to the user. We know that this system has been very valuable and convenient to all users.
However, the Tag/Tax Talk system is no longer being supported by the software provider and the Tax/Tag Talk system is antiquated, outdated and subject to fail.
Because of this situation, the Polk County Tax Collector's Office will no longer offer this service to new users and will only continue to provide the Tag/Tax Talk system to its current users through September 30, 2010, so long as the system does not fail.
Prior to September 30, 2010, or upon failure of the system, our users and others seeking such services are advised to look for other similar systems that will provide them with the information you need.

We thank our users for allowing us the opportunity to have provided this service to them and apologize for not being able to continue the Tag Talk service.
