How can I get a copy of my driving record?
You may purchase your own driver record from any driver license office or the Bartow Customer Service Center of the Polk County Tax Collector's Office, or the Polk County Clerk of Court. Individuals may only request and/or purchase their own driver license transcript and must present a valid form of identification with both a valid picture and signature. There is a $14.25 fee for an uncertified three-year history transcript and a $16.25 fee for a certified three or seven-year history transcript when purchased at a Tax Collector's Office.
