OATH TO BE ADMINISTERED TO POLK'S CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICERS 01/03/05 - BARTOW Polk County’s Constitutional Officers will be Administered their respective Oaths of Office in a ceremony to be conducted on, Tuesday, January 4th, beginning at 4:00 PM, in Polk County’s Historic Courthouse. The Officers to be sworn-in are: The Honorable Jerry Hill for the Office of State Attorney The Honorable J. Marion Moorman for the Office of Public Defender The Honorable Richard M. Weiss for the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court The Honorable Grady Judd for the Office of Sheriff The Honorable Marsha M. Faux for the Office of Property Appraiser The Honorable Joe G. Tedder for the Office of Tax Collector The Honorable Lori Edwards for the Office of Supervisor of Elections Following the ceremony, a reception will be held until 6:30 PM in the Historic Courthouse in honor the Constitutional Officers.
