BARTOW, Fla. – The Office of the Tax Collector for Polk County’s (TCPC) five service center locations and call center will be closed to observe Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK) Day on Monday, January 15, 2024.
TCPC’s tag office partner The Legion Auto Tag Agency in Winter Haven will also be closed during this time; tag office partner First Lakeland Tag Agency will remain open.
This upcoming federal holiday, MLK Day, is designated as the National Day of Service! There are many ways to serve across Polk County and the Tampa Bay area. Visit www.mlkday.gov to find service opportunities near you!
Remember, Polk County residents who still need to renew their vehicle registrations can do so by using the KIOSK services available at the Grove Park and Plantation Square Publix locations in Lakeland!
