Installment Payments
To participate in the property tax installment payment plan, the property owner must complete an Application for Installment Payment of Property Taxes form prior to May 1st of the tax year for which the application is being made and the property taxes for the previous year must have been more than $100.00. If a property taxpayer is already participating in the installment payment plan for the current tax year, they do not need to reapply and will automatically be re-enrolled.
