- Traditional Means: Monica will be available during normal business hours on her direct office line or e-mail address listed above.
- Tax Collector Service Center Visits: As requested, Monica can make herself available at the nearest Tax Collector Service Center in Polk County.
- Microsoft Teams: Monica will have the ability to schedule meetings with you online via Microsoft Teams. If you do not have the Microsoft Teams software, she can still send you a meeting link if you have online access.
FLHSMV approved vendors for Third-Party Lien Notices
In accordance with 713.78 and 713.785, Florida Statutes, the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) requires tow companies and/or repair shops to use only approved third-party service vendors to mail notice of lien and notice of sale documents to owners, insurance companies and lienholders.
