Tax Collector for Polk County Service Centers Will Be Closed Monday for Independence Day

RELEASE DATE: Friday, June 30, 2022

On Monday, July 4, 2022 the Tax Collector for Polk County (TCPC) service centers throughout Polk County will be closed for business in observance of Independence Day. Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, July 5, 2022.

The American Legion Tag Agency in Winter Haven will also be closed. Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, July 5, 2022.

Polk County residents in need of renewing their vehicle registration can still do so using the KIOSK services available at the Oakbridge and Grove Park Publix locations in Lakeland.

Customers are reminded that appointments are required for all driver license, I.D. card, road test, written test, and concealed weapon services conducted in our service centers.
